Hello! My name is Shubham Krishna and I am passionate about developing and deploying intelligent systems that transform ideas into impactful solutions.

Currently:

I work at Zendesk as an Applied AI Engineer, focusing on the development of features for uGPT, Zendesk’s Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. My role spans both research and engineering, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that create value.

Previous Experience:

  • Cloud Machine Learning Engineer at Hugging Face, where I integrated open-source libraries like Transformers and Accelerate with major cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
  • Machine Learning Engineer at ML6, where I developed cutting-edge AI solutions and scalable ML pipelines for solving complex problems in NLP and Computer Vision for various clients.
  • Applied Research Engineer at Samsung Research, Bangalore, where I contributed to building intelligent search solutions for Samsung products using Information Retrieval and Natural Language Processing.
  • Research Assistant at Bethge Lab (Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems), where collaborated with Steffen Schneider to work on research related to Invariant Representation Learning and Pruning in Deep Neural Networks.
