Hello! My name is Shubham Krishna and I am a Cloud Machine Learning Engineer at Hugging Face, where I work on integrating Hugging Face's open-source libraries like Transformers and Diffusers, with major cloud platforms like Google Cloud. I am passionate about applying Machine Learning for solving problems that can have a meaningful impact on people's lives.

I have a Masters degree in Machine Learning from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Tübingen. During my Masters, I worked as a research assistant at the Bethge Lab (Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems) working with Steffen Schnedier and Matthias Bethge on Invariant Representation Learning and Pruning in Deep Neural Networks. Before my Masters, I worked as a Applied Research Engineer at Samsung Research Institute, Bangalore for 1.5 years working on Information Retrieval and Natural Language Processing. I did my Integrated Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Dhanbad.

When not working, you'll usually find me playing Badminton or watching Netflix.
