Hello! My name is Shubham Krishna and I am passionate about applying Machine Learning for solving problems that can have a meaningful impact on people's lives.

I worked as a Cloud Machine Learning Engineer at Hugging Face, where I integrated open-source libraries like Transformers and Accelerate, with major cloud platforms like Google Cloud. Before HuggingFace, I worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at ML6, developing cutting-edge AI solutions and scalable ML pipelines for solving problems in the domain of NLP, and Computer Vision for different clients. I also worked as a Applied Research Engineer at Samsung Research, Bangalore for 1.5 years working on Information Retrieval and Natural Language Processing.

I have a Masters degree in Machine Learning from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Tübingen. During my Masters, I worked as a research assistant at the Bethge Lab (Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems) working with Steffen Schnedier and Matthias Bethge on Invariant Representation Learning and Pruning in Deep Neural Networks. I did my Integrated Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Dhanbad.

When not working, you'll usually find me playing Badminton or watching Netflix.
